For those curious about the stories held in the pain, numbness, and dissociation of your body. For those seeking to rekindle your creative power and weave yourself back into the story of a living planet.
It is for those carrying trauma, heartbreak, and relational wounds. For those who understand interpersonal violence as a symptom of systems that condition us to betray ourselves, one another, and the Earth. For those learning to embody liberation in the present.
Here, we gather to re-member what oppressive systems would have us forget: feeling and relationship are the foundations of life. We transform deeply ingrained trauma responses, make way for currents of aliveness that refuse the status quo, and cultivate the power to bring forth a wiser, wilder, more loving world through our personal and relational healing.

Hello! I’m Eris, a somatic practitioner devoted to right relationship and mutual flourishing as pathways to our collective liberation. I work with queer, trans and crip visionaries committed to embodying liberation now. I understand personal and relational healing as an essential ingredient to cultural change, and I believe that beyond-human kin are some of our most powerful guides in remembering what it means to be human. I work with folks in one-on-one and group containers to learn the languages of our bodies, cultivate self-trust, reignite our power and imagination, love with reverence for one another, and deepen back into relationship with Land. My work is rooted in the generative somatics lineage.
